408 Goose Squadron Association Molly “Mother Goose” Rayner Memorial Scholarship.  The 408 Goose Sqn Executive Committee determined that the initial investment of $80,000.00 would provide an adequate investment into a scholarship fund that would build sufficient funds on interest to allow for annual scholarships of $1,000.00 without dipping into the principal amount.  The Criteria would be based on several factors.  This is eligible to member’s dependents who are in good standing with the Association.  A committee would be formed to determine the top candidates based upon academic records, community service, and extracurricular activities.  The number of scholarships given each year will be based upon available funds earned in interest and not to touch the original $80K investment. Annual deadline for applicants: 31 Jul of each year. Annual deadline for scholarship committee selections: 15 Sep of each year
