As someone who has faithfully served in the Canadian Forces Reserves since 1980, and has dedicated herself to duty and in volunteer service, it only seemed fitting that Warrant Officer Patricia MacWilliams be recognized for her efforts.<\/p>\n
WO MacWilliams attended the Veterans\u2019 Week Opening Ceremony in Ottawa and was one of only a handful of CF members invited to the prestigious event in Canada\u2019s Senate Chamber on Nov. 4.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was a very nice event,\u201d she said. \u201cThey seated us in the middle of the chamber, near the front. Both the Speaker of the Senate and the Speaker of the House were present; it was quite a beautiful programme.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
