Thank you for commemorating the sacrifice of my cousin George Frederick Clough, pilot officer killed on 22 March 1944 and the many other brave men of the RCAF. I remember his visits on leave during the War while I was growing up in Cheshire. He was a lovely young man and a credit to the service. He was the only child of Joe and Julia Clough of Guelph, Ontario.
